The data that is introduced into a contact form, are collected once the form has been sent. This data is located only on an e-mail address that Karina Heligers has access.
WP Cerber
This website uses a plugin called “WP Cerber” in order to protect the website from hackers, spam and bots. The only data that is being collected is the IP addresses of the devices used to view this website, there is no invasive data collected (no personal data is collected). This is done in order to see if an IP address is blacklisted, or if a bot is behind this IP address.
Who we share the data with
WP Cerber
The IP addresses that have been flagged as malicious IP addresses will be collected and sent to Cerber Labs for further analysis.

The data collected by WP Cerber will be retained for an undetermined period of time, as they will be used to strengthen the security of the website (blacklisting flagged IP addresses and reporting bot IP addresses and spam IP addresses). The website is being protected by WP Cerber. Our server and database is also being protected by different security measures.
The data that was used to send a contact form is being located only on an email that only the psychotherapist Karina Heiligers has access.

In the case in which the data has been breached, all the people who’s data has been breached will be notified of this. Also the cause of this breach will be investigated and measures will be taken to plug this breach and avoid further breaches.
